By completing your purchase, you waive any right of withdrawal and acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided. All purchases made on this site (including subscriptions, courses, digital materials, downloads, memberships, and live or recorded lessons) are final from the moment of purchase. 

Subscriptions — Auto-Renewal & Billing: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to automatic monthly billing until you cancel. Charges occur on the renewal date each month. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date; upon cancellation, access remains active through the end of the current term. All payments are final and non-refundable; no refunds or pro-rations are provided for partial months.

Our goal is to build a community of responsible buyers. That’s why we provide very detailed product descriptions and, for almost every item, sample previews are available. So, please review the product details and ask any questions beforehand to ensure you feel confident in your choice before purchasing.

Moreover, we’re a small independent business. Each order automatically generates an invoice/receipt, and reversing it involves manual administrative work, coordination with payment processors, and—in some cases—cross-border banking steps and non-recoverable fees. To keep pricing fair and the experience simple for everyone, we do not process refunds. This policy applies site-wide, whether access to the content is immediate or scheduled for a later date.

• Any cancellation/ rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is charged.

• By purchasing a lesson package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Purchased lessons must be used within one year (for example, you can’t buy a lesson and use it three years later, after one year the course expires).
